Hera Medical Devices executive team is excited to welcome Delaney Dunn Dichoso as Chief Business Officer and Corporate Counsel. With her experience across the business, legal and healthcare landscapes, Delaney understands the complexities inherent in enterprise growth and applies her specialized perspective to help companies build strategy and maximize profitability.

As Chief Business Officer, Delaney will be overseeing Hera Medical Devices U.S. and international strategic business development initiatives with institutional clients and global partners. As Corporate Counsel, Delaney will also focus on joint ventures and distributor agreements, investor relations, employment agreements, intellectual property, board governance, and risk management.

About Delaney Dunn Dichoso
Delaney's career background and experience is varied in a multitude of areas including law, business development, operations, HR, tech, and healthcare. As a result she excels in hybrid positions that allow her to pivot at the intersection between business and law. Her legal background has afforded her a broad scope of experience in commercial litigation, transactional matters, operations, business development and employment law. Prior to attending law school, Delaney owned a clothing boutique where she oversaw all avenues of the business, including employee management, operations, payroll/taxes, marketing, and sales. Delaney’s strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills combine with her diverse career assets and creative problem-solving abilities to position her for innovative contribution in a variety of complex business situations.
